Go to a Brooks Brothers outlet if you are looking for high quality classic clothing. The style is conservative and timeless, comfortable and enduring. The lines can be expensive and you do pay for the brand name. However a Brooks Brothers outlet store will offset some of the cost and enable you to buy high quality clothing at a reasonable price.
Brooks Brothers 346
The Brooks Brothers 346 line is made exclusively for outlet stores and cannot be found in the regular stores. This is something to consider when looking for a Brooks Brothers suit.
346 comes from the fact that the Brooks headquarters has for a long time been 346 Madison Ave in New York.
Check for the 346 label, the suits and clothing are still of a good quality although not quite the same as the regular suits, this is something to consider and is the reason they are a lot cheaper. Ultimately you are still getting good style clothing with the Brooks Brothers name, but just be aware its not the regular lines.

My family and I visited the Brooks Brothers outlet store in Myrtle Beach, SC on Hwy 501 today. My husband wanted to purchase some shirts for work, so the kids and I tagged along rather than stand outside in the heat. After a few minutes, it became clear to me that my children were not going to behave, so I took them outside so my husband could shop in peace. After I had left the store, two of the sales associates proceeded to discuss my children, and offer varying opinions of what they would do to the children if they were theirs. What they failed to do was realize that my husband was standing right beside them. Once they realized he was intently listening to every word, they quickly stopped and resumed their business.
A. Brooks Brothers employees should perhaps lose the snobbish attitude and realize they are no better than the KB Toys outlet workers- just better dressed.
B. If the employees wish to discuss the physical pain they would like to inflict upon shoppers children, they should ensure the parents are safely out of earshot first.

Wow, SC BB Outlet just lost my business--and I was planning on stopping up at that particular outlet on my way up North. I can't stand unproffessional employees.

I have been a loyal BB customer for years and unfortunately I have to say that the quality of customer service has been mixed with the majority of experiences being negative. I have only continued my patronage because of the quality of the brand. The outlet in Williamsburg IA is exceptional and reflects the quality of the brand. BB might want to consider re-thinking the service training curriculum.

I recently visted the Brooks Brother located in Hilton Head South Carolina. I was presently surprised by managments outstanding improvement in customer service. The attitude towards customer service has done a total 180 from last summer; when customer service was one step above pathetic. Gone are the lazy employees who stand around talking; leaving you to fend for yourself. Whatever your company is doing, keep up the good work............

Michelle, give the employees a break. They work retail and most likely get minimum wage just like KB Toys outlet and people like yourself and your kids most likely give them shit everyday. Maybe you need to hire a Super Nanny to discipline your kids.

At Michelle you done the right thing by removing the kids from the store. On the other hand the employees should never talk anything other than business when customers are in the store. Keep up the good job being a mom. To the person that did not put their name "AT MICHELLE" What a coward if they were talking about your kids you wouldnt feel that way..

If that did occur, I would think that their parents should be very embarrased! Never mind the employees - teach your children to behave in public places, especially a higher end clothing establishment! Parents today are much too leniant with their children. Thank you!
